Job Description

Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is currently seeking an experienced Intermediate Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal for a temporary assignment with a well-established law firm focusing on Family Law, Litigation, and Estates.



Location: 26A Street SW, Calgary, AB

Employment Type: Temporary (ASAP – End of August) with Potential Extension

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
1-hour unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal administrative and paralegal support across family law, litigation, and estate matters
Draft, prepare, and review legal documents and correspondence
Assist with court filings, documentation, and case preparation
Manage client communication in a professional manner
Organize and maintain legal files and records
