Are you a dedicated professional passionate about fire safety and engineering The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated Fire Protection/Sprinkler System Engineer to join our Building and Fire Protection Engineering team in West Milton, NY!
As a Fire Protection/Sprinkler System Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to:
Provide detailed review of fire suppression system modifications and new designs for code compliance and system compatibility.

Provide field engineering support in construction to support system acceptance, commissioning and building occupancy.

Provide engineering support to the operators of the Inspection, Testing and Maintenance Programs to include water based and special hazard suppression.

Resolve fire code deficiencies and upgrade suppression systems and equipment to be more effective.
