Intermediate Environmental Professional – Scientist or Engineer

We are looking for an Intermediate Environmental Professional – Scientist or Engineer to join our Contaminated Site Assessment and Remediation (CAR) Team in our Atlantic Canada office located in St. John's, NL.

Responsibilities

• Perform Phase I to IV Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
• Perform risk assessments; experience in this area is considered an asset.
• Coordinate field activities, including sampling of groundwater, soil, soil vapour, sediment, and surface water.
• Oversee excavation and drilling activities, as required.
• Implement and enforce health and safety plans on construction sites.
• Supervise site personnel as well as subcontractors.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
