Job Description

A well-established, and growing advisory company is seeking a professional Intermediate Corporate Paralegal to join their team of professionals. The successful applicant will provide corporate compliance, regulatory, and securities services, to an array of companies.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:

  • Prepare, draft and organize legal documents
  • Manage case files and deadlines
  • Communicate with clients and third parties

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure
  • High level of organization, communication and professionalism
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skill set
  • Completion of a paralegal program from a recognized institution

    • Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year dependent on experience.
