Intermediate Cook (Per Diem) St. Catherine of Siena Hospital, Smithtown, NY Key Responsibilities Food Preparation: Direct, engage in, and oversee the high‑quality preparation and serving of food for patients and special functions. Station Management: Efficiently set up, break down, and restock your dedicated work area. Time Management: Coordinate daily work schedules seamlessly with the hospital meal schedules.
