Intermediate Care Paramedic

Intermediate Care Paramedics provide care to patients as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team and are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality health care services. They are responsible for providing accessible, responsive, and integrated patient care at all times. They collaborate with health care providers, allied emergency service agencies, and other community agencies and ensure the safe, effective operation and use of vehicles and equipment as per Manitoba Provincial Regulations, Acts, and Shared Health policy. They conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and demonstrate commitment to the mission, vision, values, goals, objectives, and policies of Shared Health.

• 2 years full‑time or equivalent experience providing pre‑hospital care as a Primary Care Paramedic (required).
