Responsibilities
+ Perform detailed material take-offs from single-line diagrams, instrument indexes, cable schedules, and loop diagrams for power, control, and network architectures.
+ Account for HACCP requirements in E&I estimates, including washdown-rated (NEMA 4X/IP69K) enclosures, sanitary sensors for monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs), standoffs for equipment, and hygienic cable routing practices that prevent debris accumulation.
+ Estimate costs for process automation specific to Food & Beverage and manufacturing, including machine vision systems, PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, and automated packaging controls.
+ Price greenfield underground duct banks while also estimating brownfield challenges such as upgrading legacy field instruments without disrupting production or compromising food safety.
