Intermediate BI Support Engineer

As an Intermediate BI Support Engineer, you'll be part of the BI Managed Support team working closely with the BI Support Product Owner, BI Professional Services Team.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our client’s BI environments according to SLAs and best practices. You will monitor the health of the BI reporting infrastructure in order to ensure that it is running optimally and securely.
