BarlisWedlick Architects is seeking an Intermediate Project Architect to support its Hudson, NY office.
This individual will work closely with a senior lead architect (22+ years tenure) and contribute across all phases of custom residential projects—from schematic design through construction administration—with a strong initial focus on construction document production.
Responsibilities include:
Developing schematic design and design development drawings
Producing detailed construction documentation (primary early responsibility)
Coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders
Supporting construction administration and site coordination
Contributing to multiple custom residential projects simultaneously
This role supports a critical staffing need to maintain a physical presence in the Hudson office and ensure project execution continuity.
