Intermediate Actuarial Specialist

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and assist with reviewing results, including soundness of reserves, capital and other metrics, ensuring consolidated reporting produced with appropriate supporting analysis and commentary.
• Extract insights and understand drivers of key financial metrics for business consideration.
• Produce information for monthly reporting and forecasting and ongoing monitoring of the financial impacts of the business strategy.
• Effectively collaborate with business and other specialized areas such as Accounting, Product Development, and Balance Sheet Management.
• Ensure processes and models are efficient, robust and fit for purpose; drive synergies, standardization and continuous improvement; ensure the control environment is adequate and effective.
• Support the delivery of relevant project objectives as they arise.
