Intermediate Accountant - brantford

The Intermediate Accountant provides various financial services to the finance team and operating departments of the Company and will be helping in the completeness and accuracy of all internal and external financial reporting. Work together with the Managers in Finance to prepare SOPs and detailed work instructions on finance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Controlling & Reporting

• Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial transactions processing and reporting systems
• Maintenance of appropriate financial controls
• Help the Managers in accomplishing the financial information and analysis with particular emphasis on costs.
• Help in preparation and analysis of annual budgets, forecasts and other financial presentations as required
• Work with the Managers to complete month end reporting deliverables
• Maintain standard cost and perform cost rolls as directed
