Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the design team to produce high-quality interior design projects. Develop and present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and senior management. Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications. Coordinate with architects, builders, and other professionals to bring design concepts to life. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new ideas into design practices. Review and approve design work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals. Edit and refine designs based on client feedback and project constraints. Facilitate client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design intentions.

Qualifications
