Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space layouts for assigned projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards using Revit.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories according to design standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Architecture & Planning team to ensure design alignment with project goals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
• Work closely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material samples and quotations.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement lists.
• Ensure all designs adhere to company standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Present design proposals to senior management and clients.
