Job Scope
- Manage and oversee corporate workspace projects from concept development to space planning and design execution
- Develop creative design proposals, mood boards, presentation materials, and 3D visualisations for client presentations
- Present design concepts confidently to clients and support the sales team in project pitching and deal closure
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion
- Prepare design drawings, material selections, and project documentation submissions
- Conduct site visits, attend project meetings, and ensure design intent is carried through during construction
- Provide professional design advice and excellent client service while building strong long-term relationships
- Stay updated with current workplace design trends, materials, and innovative solutions for commercial interiors
