Interior Design Drafter

Job Description . Industry/ Organization: Manufacturer (Carpentry, Interior Design &Renovation) . Position Title:3D/Interior DesignerDrafter . Working Location: UBI . Working Hours: 6 days, Monday to Saturday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
Role & Responsibilities . Produce detailed 2D CAD drawings for residential interior projects . Prepare and produce technical drawings ie. floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction detail drawings . Work closely with the design team to develop accurate technical documentation . Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards . Revise and update drawings based on client/designer feedback or site modifications . Prepare renderings and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively. . Conduct periodic site visits to verify alignment of construction with design plans. .
