Key Responsibilities: Design & Delivery: Meet homeowners to understand requirements and develop design solutions that are simple, functional, and aligned with TE aesthetics. Coordinate with structural, services, project, and site teams to ensure feasibility and design compliance. Prepare and review construction drawings, specification sets, and BoQs.
