Position Summary
As a café supervisor, your role is to assist the manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Your responsibilities include overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and handling financial and administrative tasks. You supervise staff, provide training, and manage inventory and budgets. Additionally, you handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Your role involves promoting teamwork, implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The hours of work for this position may vary based on the needs of the café and must include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
$19.60 per hour. Note: This is an interim full‑time position until June of 2026.
