Interim Internal Communications Manager

We are seeking an Interim Internal Communications Manager to support a leading international coffee business during a major corporate transition. In this role, you will lead the internal communications workstream, delivering the launch of the company's new identity, values and purpose while keeping employees informed and engaged throughout the transformation.

Working closely with senior leadership, HR and regional stakeholders, you will coordinate internal communications, employee engagement initiatives and change communications, while supporting day-to-day internal communications activities.
