Interim ER Partner – leading tech firmLondon Hybrid3 months +We are seeking an experienced Interim Employee Relations Partner to take ownership of aplex and active ER caseload, including ongoing employment tribunal claims, formal grievances and Data Subject Access Requests.This is a hands-on delivery role requiring a confident andmercially minded specialist who can quickly assess risk, navigateplexity and drive cases through to resolution.
