Interim ER Advisor

I am urgently seeking an Interim Employee Relations Advisor for an Educational Institution based in Hertfordshire for an initial period of 6 months on a fixed term contract at a salary in the range of £39, to £42, per year. Working on a hybrid basis with 1 to 2 days per week on site and the remainder working remotely, you will work alongside 2 other ER Advisors and with the HR Business Partnering team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role within a unionised environment, preferably from the Public or Not-for-profit sectors. Your role will involve Employee Relations casework mainly covering performance, ill health and grievances and you should have experience of supporting on investigations as well as managing hearings.
