The services of Hays have been retained by our client, an established Housing Association based in Belfast, to recruit an interim Director of Asset Management on a temporary contract basis for a period of c. 6–12 months with the possibility of further extension. It is envisaged that this role will be recruited by the Association on a permanent basis in due course.With an active development programme, the Association has a footprint across NI and manages a stock consisting of sheltered schemes and general needs homes.

Your new role

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for the effective maintenance and asset management of Association homes; for delivering high-quality, customer-focused and value for money services to residents and for leadership of the Assets team.
