Interim Controller

• Build and stabilize the accounting function post-acquisition
• Design the chart of accounts and core finance processes from scratch
• Help evaluate, select, and implement the accounting system
• Manage monthly accounting activities in a high-volume e-commerce environment
• Own monthly close and quarterly SEC financial reporting
• Manage AP/AR across a high-volume Shopify-based e-commerce model (small ticket, high transaction count)
• Partner on integrating additional acquisitions into the financial infrastructure
• Collaborate on broader tech stack design (CRM, sales/marketing, KPIs, accounting)

• 7-10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• Prior startup or ground-up build experience - comfortable in unstructured environments
