As the Intelligent Systems and Automation Intern, you will help develop an intelligent and automated system for processing operational alerts and related workflows. You will collaborate with engineers, technical mentors, and cross-functional partners to design components, test logic, and document end-to-end processes.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
Learning the current alarm management process, workflows, device categories, and reporting procedures
Analyzing incoming alerts and determining follow-up actions based on rules, updated instructions, or real-time values.
Designing components of an intelligent system that automates alert intake, processing, decision logic, and report generation.
