Intellectual Property Paralegal

The Intellectual Property Paralegal is a non-attorney role, responsible for providing legal support to the Citi Technology, Operations & Privacy Legal team, which covers technology transactions, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and data privacy. The team also focuses on issues surrounding AI and emerging technologies. This role requires a pragmatic, proactive professional with an understanding of and/or interest in these subject matter areas.

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct legal support activities related to intellectual property, technology transactions, cybersecurity, data privacy, AI, and emerging technologies.
+ Assist attorneys with managing Citi’s global portfolio of trademarks, which may include trademark docketing; managing trademark clearance, renewals, and agreements; reviewing marketing content for proper trademark use; and supporting trademark and copyright enforcement matters.
