Team Overview: We are the merchant integration team of Di Di Grocery. We are seeking a highly‑motivated and detail‑oriented integration specialist to join our young team.

Role Responsibilities In charge of the technical integration process for newly onboarded merchants on Di Di Grocery Engage with merchants by coordinating integration meetings, presenting technical documents, addressing merchant inquiries and responding to questions Deeply involved in the test and pilot with new retailers Collaborate with Di Di internal teams, such as commercial, operations, product, and development, to effectively resolve any challenges arising during the integration process Role Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, computer or related field Proactive, responsible, able to independently follow up on projects with good documentation Proficient English Related experiences (integration specialist, tech support, etc) Knowledge of merchant onboarding and e‑commerce/o2o pl...
