The role

You'll be a key part of our Integrations team, operating primarily as 3rd-line support for interoperability and interface issues. As an Integrations Engineer, triage, investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs. You'll play a vital link role and collaborate with engineers, product managers and support teams to contribute towards successful upgrades, patching and testing of integration components. In your role as an Integration Engineer you will also enhance and develop interfaces - often in Rhapsody - and help ensure vital information is disseminated to NHS staff to support decision making and patient care.
