Integration Developer

Red Ember Recruitment is looking for an Integration Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting custom integrations between Sage 300 People and third-party systems, including recruitment platforms, time and attendance systems, learning management systems, accounting platforms, and other HR or business applications.

This role focuses on enabling automation, improving data accuracy, and ensuring seamless data exchange between systems. The developer will work with Microsoft SQL Server, REST APIs, and ETL processes to deliver reliable, scalable integration solutions. The role includes both project-based development and ongoing support of production integrations.

This position is suited to a developer with strong SQL skills and foundational integration experience who is looking to grow into a highly capable integration specialist.
