About the Role

ACE Money Transfer processes over millions of transactions a year across a global network of payment partners, acquirers, payout providers, and banking relationships. Keeping those integrations running and performing is critical to the business.

The Integration Coordinator sits within the PBI team and acts as the operational bridge between ACE's internal IT and Engineering teams and our external payment partners. At any given time, PBI is running between ten and twenty active integration projects simultaneously – new partner onboardings, configuration changes, technical remediation, and API performance work. This role exists to keep those projects moving and to make sure nothing stalls due to miscommunication, missing information, or unresolved queries between teams.
