**Position Title:** GlobalView Integration Consultant
**Reporting Line:** Implementation Manager
**Position Purpose:**
Implement the essential components of ADP’s HCM Integration for our Multinational Corporations (MNC) clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Implement the HCM Integration solution as part of the overall implementation project team.
+ Lead local design/mapping workshops with client to gather and document detailed information on the requirements, while keep alignment and consistency with global design.
+ Support implementation payroll project team with the integration decision aspects impacting payroll design
+ Responsible for configuration, unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, data loading, go-live cutover and transition to client services to ensure a successful go live
+ Troubleshoot complex integration issues. Provide support for issue resolution, specifically investigation and solution identification
