Integrated Digital Specialist

The Integrated Digital Specialist (IDS) serves as the digital marketing services sales lead, providing high-level support to Sales Account Managers (SAMs) and Account Executives (AEs). This role is responsible for driving digital revenue growth, supporting campaign execution, and delivering strategic insights that enhance client performance and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

+ Support SAMs and AEs with a focus on account growth and retention

+ Assist with AE prospecting and SDR outreach

+ Build, launch, and optimize campaigns; provide creative support (banners, video resizing)

+ Deliver monthly reporting, insights, & optimizations to drive revenue

+ Partner with SAMs/AEs on KPI evaluation and strategy

+ Train AEs and Coordinators; present digital best practices

+ Educate clients on performance metrics in all key meetings
