We have an exciting opportunity to join as a remote or hybrid Intake Specialist working in the Litigation Department based in Alberta or British Columbia. Your role will include but are not limited to the following:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from potential clients.
• Evaluate potential client cases to determine if they meet our firm’s case criteria.
• Ensure that client information is properly documented.
• Schedule appointments.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Background in sales and/or customer service.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, learn fast, and work in a team env...
