Intake Registered Nurse (RN), Home Care (CHHA), Full-Time

FlexStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in home care (CHHA) to work full-time as a Nurse Instructor for our client, a certified home care agency, located in Brooklyn, NY.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Permanent Position.

In this role you will be taking referrals and processing appropriate home care services; as well as maintaining open lines of communication with referral sources and within the company departments.

Key Position Requirements:

+ License: Active NYS RN License.
+ Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing or intake experience in a licensed home care agency (CHHA).
+ Knowledge of Allscripts a MUST
+ EMR knowledge: HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) or Careport
+ Compensation: $100,000 annually
