As an Intake Care Representative, you will be a trusted first point of connection—helping patients, providers, and care partners move DME (Durable Medical Equipment) referrals forward with clarity, compassion, and precision. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm ET
Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary contact for incoming DME referrals, providing clear information on pricing, order status, timelines, and qualification requirements
• Advance referrals from intake to readiness by reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and securing required clinical or insurance information
