Int. Technical Support Analyst with experience supporting application, security and infrastructure technologies with automation and scripting background -

Duration: 5 Months

Location: Toronto, 3x/week (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong fundamentals and best-practices while working hands-on with a variety of technologies
  • Follow ITIL best practices re: incident management, problem management, change management
  • Complete deliverables and deliver solutions with the highest possible quality in the most efficient & effective manner
  • Crystal clear communication skills and provide detailed documentation as required
  • Provide support to existing technology stacks such as GitLab, Ansible, NXLog etc.
  • Embody world-class service and support
  • Deploy solution components and participate in appropriate functional and non-functional testing
