We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Techno-Functional Analyst to support ongoing HR systems initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise and technical understanding within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, particularly Employee Central and its related modules.
Required Experience & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Strong techno-functional expertise in EC (configuration + basic technical understanding)
At least one or more current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in:
Employee Central Core (preferred)
