This role is designed for individuals who want to control their income, build their own client base, and grow within an innovative brokerage.

Important: This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no base salary.

What You'll Do

• Work warm leads and generate new opportunities
• Follow up with prospects and close new business
• Grow and manage your personal book of clients

What you bring to the table

• prior P&C insurance experience is an asset
• RIBO licensed or willingness to obtain a RIBO license
• OTL licensed candidates willing to obtain a RIBO
