Ownership 1 – Insurance Case Management
- Process new, renewal, and used car insurance cases, as well as other requests from Sales Advisors (SAs) and customers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Handle endorsement requests and ensure all policy updates are properly documented and processed.
- Update and maintain assigned operational reports, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
