Typical Day

• Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in‑person, and by email
• Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
• Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
• Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customers

Qualifications

• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
• Able to communicate professionally in‑person, over the phone, and through email
• Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
• Working experience in EPIC is an asset
