**Job Description**

Seeking a seeking dependable and safety‑focused Insulators/Insulation Technicians to join our Northern Michigan team. This role supports commercial and residential construction projects through the installation of thermal and air‑sealing insulation systems. Technicians work as part of a field crew to install fiberglass, spray foam, and cellulose insulation while maintaining quality, safety and productivity standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare job sites for insulation and waterproofing work by performing detailed prep and cleanup tasks.
+ Scrape excess insulation from joists, trusses, and other structural elements to ensure clean, even surfaces.
+ Assist with organizing materials, tools, and equipment to keep the work area safe, efficient, and tidy.
