Join the Strike Group as a Journeyperson Instrumentation Technician, working in the Elk Valley region of Sparwood, BC. This role supports essential electrical projects while promoting safety and adherence to corporate values during 14/7 shifts.
As a key member of the Electrical and Instrumentation team, you will work with a variety of instruments to monitor and control various process variables. This role entails calibrating instruments, repairing system components, and preparing schematic documents reflecting any alterations made throughout your projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control and monitor pressure, flow, and temperature
• Conduct accuracy tests on flowmeters and gauges
• Calibrate and repair various instrumentation systems
• Create schematic drawings for instrument adjustments
• Provide assistance in project cost estimation
