RAG Process LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Instrumentation, Control & Electrical (IC&E) Engineer for EPC projects in Lahore.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in PLC/DCS systems, commissioning, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or fertilizer plants will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IC&E scope from design to commissioning and startup
• Configure and program PLC/DCS systems
• Conduct FAT, SAT, loop testing, and troubleshooting
• Develop and review control philosophies, FDS, C&E, interlocks, and I/O lists
• Design and tune control loops (PID, optimization)
• Prepare and review P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring, hook-ups, and JB layouts
• Interface control systems with electrical SLDs
