INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

Instrument technician: - 

Shall have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of the following types of Instruments a Transmitters (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature) b Switches (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature) c Analyzers (pH and Conductivity) d Vibration Instrumentation (Accelerometers, Velometers, Proximity Probes, Speed Probes, Proximitors) e Valves (Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Solenoid Valves) f Valve Accessories (Solenoid Valves, Valve Pneumatic and Electropneumatic Positioners, Pneumatic Relays, Air Regulators and Filters, Lubricators) - Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Hand tools - Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Test Instruments in calibration, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of instruments - Shall have hands-on experience in the removal, installation, and adjustment of vibration probes as per machine requirement - Shall have the proven competency an...
