Position Overview

The ABA will play a pivotal role in providing assessment, intervention, and ongoing support to individuals with autism and related disorders. Roles and Responsibilities

• In accordance with the guidance of the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), execute personalized treatment plans, behavioral support strategies, and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques.
• Under the BCBA's supervision, make ongoing adjustments to existing programs as required.
