Key Responsibilities
Participate in daily team meetings and understand assigned tasks and priorities.
Assist in understanding business requirements and change requests with guidance from seniors.
Support development and maintenance of applications in the AS/400 environment (RPG/RPGLE/SQL) under supervision.
Help in preparing and executing basic test cases for functional and regression testing.
Support test environment readiness by following defined checklists and procedures.
Assist in identifying, logging, and tracking incidents, defects, and change requests.
Perform basic troubleshooting in test environments and escalate issues appropriately.
Support test data setup and validation activities as instructed.
Update documentation and knowledge articles in the Knowledge Management portal.
Execute predefined test scripts and assist in debugging automation scripts.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to learn project workflows.
