JOB DESCRIPTION

:

The Instructional Facilitator will serve both Southwest Junior High School and Central Junior High School, dividing time equally between the two campuses. This position works collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and instructional teams to improve teaching practices and increase student achievement. Responsibilities include providing instructional coaching, supporting the implementation of district initiatives, analyzing student data, facilitating professional learning, modeling effective instructional strategies, and assisting teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment practices. The Instructional Facilitator will foster a culture of continuous improvement by working both individually and collectively with teachers to enhance instructional effectiveness and student outcomes.
