Instructional Designer/Developer – Imaging Software Focus

**Job Description Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer/Developer with a strong background in medical imaging software. This role will own the design and development of comprehensive, multimodal training programs for global audiences, supporting the growth of our MIM software business by increasing clinician proficiency and improving internal competency.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Design, develop, and implement engaging instructional content for eLearning formats, asynchronous learning activities, and instructor-led training. Use tools such as Litmos, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar applications.
+ Develop both end-user training and internal staff training materials, including train-the-trainer materials.
