We are looking for an Instructional Designer who will lead the creation, implementation, and continuous enhancement of engaging training programs that drive performance and support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-impact training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and scalable learning experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, managers, and trainers to analyze learner needs, gather feedback, and implement training solutions.
• Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Create high-quality multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, Captivate, Premiere Pro).
