Instructional Designer

**Overview**

As an **Instructional Designer,** you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive technical training programs in support of our federal client. You will work as part of a cross-functional team—including other types of design and technical experts—engaging with stakeholders and end-users to develop an effective approach and ensure adoption of new systems and processes.

+ Outline and understand end users to create training appropriate to meet their diverse needs
+ Analyze existing training materials and business processes to identify learning gaps/needs and opportunities for improvement
