The Business Solutions Group (BSG) team sits within Morgan Stanley's Institutional Securities Group (ISG) and functions as an in-house management consulting team supporting the firm with strategic program management and delivery, large-scale transformation, operational improvement, and regulatory change or remediation. The team partners with individual business lines within ISG (Global Markets, Investment Banking, Capital Markets), Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to drive strategic transformation and data-driven business outcomes.
