Institutional Portfolio Risk Lead

• Prepare / Review Credit Assessment Memos (CAMS) for proposed facilities with NBFCs or other institutions related to Strategic Alliances.
• Recommend limits, monitor covenants, and partner performance – financial, portfolio aligned with SK Finance’s risk appetite.
• Report covenant breaches and coordinate corrective actions with the Relationship Team.
• Track NBFC sector performance for relevant asset classes and identify potential mitigants to insulate the business.
• Possess good understanding of RBI guidelines to ensure business build up is in compliance to the regulatory expectations and be the first line of defence along with the Business team.
• Bring structure, execution rigour and scalability to partner led growth in order to create scalable and sustainable long-term partner / channel relationships.
